My name is Jodi Carlson CCHT, I am a Board Certified Clinical Counseling Hypnotherapist & Regression Specialist. I truly feel we are all connected through our mind, body and soulful connection. As such I believe that empathic, holistic, hypnotherapy and regression work is inseparable from spirituality. I like to refer to the type of hypnosis and regression work I practice as "client centered holistic "hypnosis". My goal is not only to help people reach single outcomes, but to help them to seek and establish a  permanent relationship with the source of infinite power and knowledge within, so that they can feel empowered and this is the purpose and the intent I set forth for my clients. Each one of my clients' have proven to teach me along my path and I truly believe we are all here to learn from one another.

I have been a practicing clinical hypnotherapist and regression specialist for the past 7 years. Within my private practice I have helped individuals achieve goals and touch dreams they thought only to be just that....a dream.

My clients are each treated with respect and honor in their own personalized session. No preformed scripts are ever used in my practice. I believe to achieve the level of security and safety necessary to effect change in the subconsious, you must be comfortable and therefore I personally write each client their own custom work. I do this by employing each client's personal life experiences, beliefs, thought patterns, language and history to achieve maximum effectiveness and security for my clients. 

Before any work is done, I encourage my clients to take advantage of a free 30 minute consultation with me regarding their personal circumstances and situation.  It is important my clients feel safe and secure while working with me. This consultation is a time in which we will determine your goals, resolve issues or explore futher areas you are interested in. We will discuss the different healing modalities and techniques we may use. Creating truly positive and enduring change requires exploration and correction of the many sides of the issue(s) may have procured. It is important to note in holistic healthcare we do not just treat the "symptoms", but we get to the root cause of those things which are ailing us.
