We each have areas of our lives we would like to improve or explore. 

  Holistic Empathic Counseling, Hypnotherapy, and Regression Therapy are wonderful and natural healing modalities. We all can use these healing therapies to achieve the goals we have long strived for but have fallen short of reaching.These therapies are each energetic and holistic in their approach to treatment.

The exchange of ideas between the client and the therapist is one in which  the components of mind, body & spirit are examined. One's life journey is assessed with all three of these pieces of spirit in examination. At Healing Lives From Within there is a recognition of the vital energetic connection between the mind, body & spirit.

We cannot change 'just one' dimension of ourselves without having an effect on the other parts of our soul. We are whole and complete souls and thus when one component of our life or our 'being' changes, this change impacts the totality of who we are within our mind, body & spirit.

 Helpin souls move from pain into healing;

With clinical hypnotherapy, regression therapy, and holistic counseling, together we examine which of your choices or life changes are the best and made in accordance with your current life situation and beliefs. Once determined, we decide in which fashion or form to effect this change and proceed forward for the good of the "entire self". We do not make mere attempts to change in 'one' of these areas of our being; rather, we look for/at and prepare for how the current changes we are undertaking will be positively affecting all three areas of our self (mind, body, & spirit).
